Fall Into Health

If only it was that easy.  Fall out of health is more like it. It takes work to be healthy. Did you know however, that our blueprint is to be healthy. We were created to be healthy. Sickness, pain and stiffness are not supposed to be the norm.

What does it take to be healthy? If I had to pick one thing…. movement.  Our bodies, AND our brains need movement.  Yes we also need water, clean air, sleep and the right nutrition. But movement is a must.  So my recommendation is to get moving. Lift, play, run, swim, jump, bike, yoga, MOVE. At minimum walk for 45 minutes at least 3 times a week.

Active Release Techniques are used by athletes in the NFL, MLB, NHL, and at the Olympic level. In fact, ART is the official partner of IronMan.
